Make your own mozzarella, burrata, and bocconcini in 30 minutes! This is a demonstration-style, taste, touch and feel class where we will be making and eating the mozzarella we make in class. Cultures and instructions to make over 4 lbs at home are included.
Students must register in advance. All Gabriola Island classes are held at Madd Acres, my hobby farm. All supplies included. No experience necessary. You will take home cheese made in class, plus a kit to make more at home!

Learn how to make your own Havarti cheese! Join Paula Maddison who has been teaching the lost art of cheesemaking for years. This is a demonstration style: Taste, Touch, Feel class that will demystify the process of making your own cheese, giving you a good understanding of the process and ingredients that are used in cheese making. Instructions and ingredients to make your own Havarti at home are included.
