This circuit-style exercise program supports those people who are managing chronic health conditions including bone and joint conditions, diabetes, heart and respirator conditions, cancer, obesity, and mental health issues.
Participants work at their own level and pace, core and stretching can be done from a chair, and exercises have increasing levels of difficulty that will challenge you to increase strength, balance, flexibility and joint mobility.
