Learn the fundamentals of exercise, breath, and form in a safe and progressive way. Develop true core strength, cardio endurance, and receive workout routines that you will feel confident in doing on your own. Individual attention in a small group setting.

The cost is 6 equal payments of $185 plus tax
You have the choice to attend in person, or online with Zoom. If you cannot make a session, a recording will be provided for you.
The program is non-refundable. If you fall ill, or for some reason cannot attend, you can give us 30 days notice to cancel at no extra charge. Vaccinations are required, masks will be required during discussions and when arriving or leaving. Masks will be optional during exercise. Proper spacing will be provided.
